Pre-Development

CMC frequently provides pre-development consultation to its clients, working to educate project staff on key management issues and laying the foundation for a viable management plan, specifically in the areas of design and selection of building materials.

Full Service Management

CMC is a full-service property management company providing pre-construction consultation, rent-up, occupancy/compliance monitoring, accounting and bookkeeping, general property management, supportive resident programs, and in-house maintenance, painting and community relations (informal security) services.
