CMC’s pro-tenant philosophy is reflected in its active engagement of tenants in matters affecting their occupancy, their buildings, and their neighborhood. Management welcomes and encourages tenant input through tenant councils and informal discussions. CMC supports community involvement as a means of integrating tenants into the neighborhood.

Affordable Housing

CMC is recognized as an industry leader in managing HUD and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program funded properties. In addition, CMC has an extensive and proven track record supervising a broad spectrum of Federal, State and locally sponsored affordable housing programs such as Rental Housing Construction Program (RHCP), California Housing Rehabilitation Program Rental Component (CHRP-R), Multifamily Housing Program (MHP), California Housing Finance Agency (CHFA), Home Programs, HOPWA, and Shelter Plus Care.
